All Star installed a rear view cam in my truck about 4 years ago. Last month, the camera went out. Returned to All Star. They found and fixed the problem (loose wire I'd probably kicked) in 10 minutes, no charge. That is excellent customer service.

True customer service is still alive!
They're extremely cool guys with abundance of knowledge on car stereos. They'll never try to upsell anything, and match Internet prices without you even asking for it. On top of that, perform their work professionally.
In an industry plagued by horror stories people being ripped off, they're a breath of fresh air, and make me believe that there is hope :)

I own a 2006 G35 and went to my local Infiniti Dealer to get an iPod connection. The girl there recommended that I go see Jay or John at All Star Sounds. According to the dealer's service people, Jay and John have been taking care of the dealership's electronics needs for many years. That's a solid reference.



I was impressed by their professional standards and the way they handled the entire transaction from the moment I walked in to the time I got my car back. The work was done efficiently and they explained the entire process to me before the work started and completely explained how everything works after I got my car back. They could have easily handed me the keys and a receipt but instead took the time to make sure all questions were answered before I paid my bill. That's good service.

If you want your system done right, Go To All Star FIRST. I made a big Mistake and went to Pacific Stereo on Lakewood and South in Long Beach. Big and Costly mistake. After spending 2 Grand, I was f***ed, sh*t cutting off and sounds like Dog Sh*t. I went back to Pacific but they threw me out. I rolled into a couple different shops but most of them just wanted to Rip Me Off some more.



I rolled into this shop and they were Bad Azz. They got Lots and Lots of Pics on the wall of Custom Jobs, but they dont act like they sh*t dont stink. I told the dude what happened and the first thing he told me was not to worry. I paid 700 for the dude to fix my 2 grand system and when he was done, the system dont cut off and sounds way better. He gave me a good deal on new gear and I gave my brother some of the junk I got from Pacific.



The thing about this shop was they Explained What I needed to change, Why I need something, and gave me Choices about how to fix my sh*t. He even explained how a sound system works so even I could understand like what is the difference between factory speakers and aftermarket. Mostly after 5 minutes, I could tell that these guys here, they dont lie to you to make you buy something. They take the time to explain what is happening, how they sh*t works and what choices you got to do this way or that way. They earn their money and when I left there my sounds was like I got more than what I paid for. Thats not a Bad deal. ( Not like the @#*@#*$@$* Pacific Stereo Fukers). If you dont go to All Star your Wasting Time and Money.
