The work on my car was great and no stress on my part. They always take care of me

These guys are AMAZING! I have been a customer since I bought my Honda Civic brand new in 2009! This week at 167,000 miles, I finally needed a clutch replacement! They did a phenomenal job and even gave me a loaner vehicle for the 4 days that my car was being taken care of! There was a time 3 years ago that I suspected engine trouble due to an increased vibration around the engine. Art, the owner let me know that my car was fine and that it was just normal wear. He could have easily taken my money but he was honest.....I truly respect that! I highly recommend them. You should expect them to take a bit longer on your car, but that is because they are extremely thorough! They even have awesome financing options if you can't pay it all upfront!

Since I moved to Long Beach I needed an oil change along with tire service and Im glad I found this place. Prices are decent, the work is good and the customer service is excellent. They are honest and recommend what needs to be serviced but are not pushy about it. My new go to for auto service!

I have been taking by car here for 6 years. I have always received excellent service by the front desk. They have loaned me car so I could get to work. I once had a minor problem with a flap hitting my wheel . Even though it was minutes from closing I called and they waited about 30 minutes to take care of the problem. I have a 2004 Elantra over 2000 miles, they keep my card running. I am quite happy with the service I get here.

The service location is very service oriented. The front desk gentleman, Art does an excellent job in representing the company.



He was successful with waiting on me while a potentially new customer who needed his car worked on. Art saw by the gentleman's body language - he was in a hurry. He only wanted to know what time the business closed during the Christmas Holidays. He replied to him with his answer and went a step further by asking him, what specifically did he need to have done to his vehicle? He gave him the reply and the man who was in a hurry did receive the information and confirmed his answer.

He was happy and obviously proceeded to his appointment.



And, on the other hand I had a flat tire and he reassured me - he would have me

out of the his service area in 20 minutes in order for me to get to work on time. This is the rainy day and I had given myself 2 hours to get to work when it typically takes

45 minutes to drive to work and with the flat tire, it would be really tight to get to my employment on time in Orange County. I must say, I did get to work on time and was very happy with the customer service I received and the observation of the customer

service he gave another hurried customer too.

First they told me they had my size tires then when they went to put them on they didn't so they had to give me 2 different size tires. After they were finished they told me one of my rims was bent but they went ahead and put a new tire on it anyways (there not supposed to do that) and when I went somewhere else to get the rim fixed I was told the tires were over filled! they were supposed to be at 30 psi and they were at 45!!! they could have exploded or something..
