They walked my wife and I through the process from initial appointment setting, to Dr. Sturlaugson's high touch care, to periodic evaluations and adjustments and a very high quality hearing aid at a compewtitive price. Regular followups, batteries and supplies all no charge. Their cookie dish is always full to to "greet" you when you arrive.
