We live in London and just got back home and we had horrible service the young girl who took our order was rude there was no thank you or anything and the lady who gave us our food handed us our drink and said here not a this is your Dr pepper or anything just here!!! We asked for sour cream for our potato and she hit her head and threw her headset down and said f this!!! She handed us sour cream and one fell and she slammed the window!!! What kind of customer service is this??? Nobody forced them to work so at least act like your happy to help! It is 1130pm and on a Sunday!date is 11/16/2014 please fix the service we pay good hard earned money!

This is the worst Wendys I have eaten at. Burgers and fries are not hot and the buns are stale. Employees don't seem to care. I have lived in London a year now & i won't be going back to Wendys until new management takes over.
