Awful and dishonest! Im in he process of taking them to small claims court. They carry my pool equipment warranty so they came out to replace a part that turns my pool heater on if the temp goes below 30 degrees. They came out and informed me the part was defective and said they would order the part and replace it within the week. After weeks and no phone call I went to turn the spa on only to find it had been on along with my pool heater....for weeks! I called Emon the owner and told him what happened. He told me his worker called me ( I have proof he didn't). He only came out to fix the part after I called him. I received my gas bill and it was $300 higher than the month before. I called Emon back to ask him to only pay $200 of the bill since his employee messed up. He said no and that it was my responsibility to check my equipment daily. After calling Jandy, the company that makes my equipment, they also informed me that they sent him a new remote for my pool and instead of him replacing mine, he kept it! When I take him to court I am asking for the full $300 plus the fees to file at court and a day of pay for my husband to watch the kids while I'm at court. Stay far away from this business so that you don't have to experience this too!

I have owned a home with a pool for the past 25 years and Discount Pool Supply has been terrific. They do all my repairs and even clean my pool on a weekly basis. I recently had them replace the plaster and tile in my pool and it looks fantastic. Their prices are fair and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
