TheraTest Laboratories, since 1988, has manufactured and distributed ELISA-based diagnostic test kits for the detection and measurement of autoantibodies for rheumatic diseases, including ANAs (screening and antigen specific), rheumatoid factors and anti-cardiolipin. It was the first company that successfully introduced commercial ELISA for this type of testing. Founded by experienced Rheumatologists, Pathologists and Laboratory Professionals, TheraTest provides high performance reagents and instrumentation to physician office, hospital and reference laboratories. The company offers complete set-up with kits, instrumentation, training, consulting service and all regulatory materials required for CLIA or CAP accreditation. To provide additional service and support to its clients, TheraTest also operates a specialized Rheumatology reference laboratory. TheraTest is located in Lombard, Ill.
