Used Silvu for 2 projects in the last month. A cracked sewer drain and to replace shut off values. He is very resonable on price. 99% of plumbers will take advantage of you in an emergency situation, he is the 1% that would take advantage of you. I now recommend this guy to all friends and family. I work with a lot of contracters, but when it comes to plumbing he is my "Go To Guy"

I got a quote for a gas line hookup from Capps for an astronomical amount. I called Silviu and he gave us a great and fair estmate. Capps is hghly inflated in their estimates!



He was on time and very nice. I would highly recommend him and everyone else in my office wants his name.
