Once a very cool restaurant. Their quality has gone down and now have a mundane feeling, making you think you’re at a Chili's or Friday's, just another cookie cutter restaurant.

Came in for the first time during a major Facebook promotion and had a coupon for both my boyfriend & myself for a free burger. Had one of the best "burger meals" I've ever had here! EVERYTHING was amazing! Huge burger & fries. Awesome lemonades & this appetizer that's home-made potato chips smothered in Asiago cheese, sour cream, REAL bacon crumbles and green onions. WOW! We also had one of the friendliest waitresses & even the manager was doing the rounds table to table greeting customers, bringing out entrees & bussing tables. Very impressive. Had a problem with one of the Facebook coupons but the manager was 110% about customer service & making sure we'd return to his establishment in the future. He took it upon himself to fix the problem & then said he would contact the promotions managers to make sure that other customers wouldn't be potentially disappointed by the same confusion. THAT'S service! A+ and 5 stars!
