Staff is dishonest and unprofessional. Substandard maintenance and non-existent pest control. Owners need to be contacted directly as I learned from one of there tenants as they don't care about resolving issues, just making excuses and excessive delays. Keep all phone records and submit complaints in writing. Use these resources and you will surely get results.

Awful experience. I was charged 25.00 a month over the rent for 2 years and only find out by accident when I received a letter from the new owners raising my rent to 750.00. The owner assured me the records showed I paid 725.00. Heed the other reveiws and beware of this management company. It's not worth it.

I rented a property from them ...

I rented a property from them for 4 years- and they were a joy to work with! I always got my repairs taken care of in a timely manner- everyone working there is very fair and understanding- if you follow the outline of the contract you will be as happy of a tenant as I was with East Valley. Within 21 days I recieved my full deposit back... I would definatly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a property.

BEWARE!

Beware ofthis property management company. They managed an apartment that I live in untilthe apartments recently sold. When the new owners took over 3 tenants rent were reduced by hundreds of dollars, because according to records there rent was lower than what they were actually paying! So, it they were charging tenants $750. a month and recording that the tenants were paying 500.00 a month. Both tenants and owners were being ripped off!

Besides that they never did any improvements, made any effort to keep property safe (i.e, having a lock on laundry) , the laundry was always filty, stairs were unsafe, etc...
