DON'T USE THEM EVER!

We took both our cars for oil changes and minor repairs. My Camry's engine blew up, for lack of a better word from lack of oil. We ask for tires for a Mini Cooper and we waited 6 weeks, reminded them three times and never got a call back. We went to another tire place and got them in one day. After minor repairs, my husbands car (Mini) had to be taken to the Dealership for an additional $1000.00's in repairs due to their incompetence

This incident doesn't ring any bells. Did you ever contact the store manager? How long after oil change did you motor lock up? You know you should change your oil every 3k miles in that car. Just because we did a oil change doesn't mean that you will never have any other problems. On the other hand if these are the facts I wish you would have let us know. Sometimes things do happen, it's what is done when they do that make good business people!!!!
