They were original installers of AC unit, 1st year AC stopped working, they had to fill Freon, second year AC stops working and I had one of their guys come in for inspection at $78, he said compressor is dead and needs replacement. It is under warranty for parts. He said his office will call back to give quote, which they never did, and I called them back, Jamie (or Jenny) said she had the parts ordered and quoted $800 for service, it was shock, since they already ordered parts with out my approval and $800 for fixing, I said please cancel order and that's lot of money(I am first time homeowner btw, never knew things could be so expensive), and I want to shop around. Well, I never got to shopping around part and browsed a bit for quotes on web and no way I can go along the summer without AC, called them back to check if they can fix it for me, answer was "Tom said he doesn't want o fix it for you" I called twice to see if they want to fix it and apologized for cancelling the order earlier, but their answer was NO. Really??? You order parts with out my consent and you get offended cause I said its lot of money?? even after apologizing twice??? hm.... well, I will let readers decide if they want to go with Thermal tech.
