I had Sesame Door replace one door completely, and repair two other ones and they did a great job for my. We own several rental homes in the Loganville area so I now call Robert any time I need garage door service at my home or any of our rentals. He stands behind his company's work.

NEVER AGAIN...unprofessional, sloppy service! Mr. Robert Thomas came to do track lubrication on garage door. However, he did not put tarp/drop cloths on garage floor while doing the job nor did he clean up after himself when job was completed . Subsequently, grease residue got tracked into house resulting in expensive carpet cleaning bill. When called to alert him of problem, he said it was our job to clean up after him. He was rude, dismissive, argumentative, and unreasonable...in short, very unprofessional. He promised to call on two separate occasions and never did. Sesame Doors may have competitive prices but you'll end up paying more down the line. Use at your own peril.
