Unprofessional, unfriendly, unpleasant

I'm surprised they are able to stay in business. We arrived for our appointment on time at 8 am and the office wasn't even open. They arrived 10 minutes late, unlocked the door, and walked off. They didn't even open the door or greet us. I asked the lady drawing my blood what the blood was tested for and she didn't even know. I'm just amazed this place is still in business. Not a good experience.
