Ordered a brand new rifle which arrived damaged and he said it was too small to do anything about, that's right, he admitted there was cosmetic damage to a brand new gun and sat there looked me in the eye and said "What do you want me to do about it" as if it wasn't worth the hassle. I understand it's nothing serious with the gun but when you spend over a thousand dollars on a brand new weapon it shouldn't be acceptable for it to have "some cosmetic damage" as soon as you get it. I'm not one to burn bridges but I had expected better. I now know though so from now on none of my pistol/rifle purchases or even furniture or ammo will be from here and I would suggest others stay away as well.

I've attempted to do business with them twice.... each time I walk in there they treat me like I have no idea what I'm talking about. They are not helpful and don't seem to want to take the time to help me. Even when you call in with a phone question they seem to just want to get off the phone as fast as possible. They carry an attitude with them that is like "we don't need your business anyway"

Look no further, Deatons is the best around in all regards!
