Absolutely HORRIBLE! They're not the least bit concerned about satisfying the customer. They are too busy chasing that dollar. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!!

I love coming here. I'm a guy and don't know anything about pedicures but I know my feet always feel amazing after going here.

I've been going there for a while ; because it's convenient. They do a poor job I won't be going back

I went for a mani and pedi. I just wanted the regular service but could not enjoy it or relax because both nail techs constantly pushed me to do the pricier option on both. When they finally realized I was only interested in the regular service and they couldn't upsell me, they became rude and quickly hurried to finish my $28 mani/pedi. My toes are sloppily painted OVER the color I previously had on and my manicure is sloppy as well. I will not go back! Oh and also- they accept credit cards but do not accept tips on card so if you go without cash you will have to stiff them or use their high charge ATM machine conveniently located next to the front desk to tip them...Ugh!
