Usually I like Taco Bell, good food at great prices but when I went in today (6/28 at about 230) I had a long wait time to just get my order taken. 3 employees had passed by me to go to the back and none said anything. One of the 3 people there got angry at this and called into the back that there was a person waiting. After another few minuets wait they came and took my order. When it finally came out the person just tossed the bag on the counter roughly and walked away. Like I said I'm usually very happy with this Taco Bell but today I was rather far from pleased with the way I was ignored for so long when they were clearly not busy.

This place is ALWAYS super slow. I hardly ever go there because it's at least a 15-20 minute process.

I don't usually put too much stock into quick fast food restaurants - after all, I just want to get some food and go. But we've had poor experiences with this location here in Logan. The place is notorious for giving you the wrong order and refusing to do anything about it when you ask them. The staff is questionable. Aside from that, the food is pretty good.

AWFUL!! The service has been going downward for the last year but since there is only one Taco Bell within a 30 mile radius we have to go to this one, but we have finally went for the last time yesterday when we waited 30 minutes for our food and we saw everyone going through the drive thru getting theirs within a minute. We kept looking back and the staff was just goofing around and there were other people in the dining area waiting for their food as well! We finally just went up and got our refund and that's when they decided to start making our food but we just took our money and left and so did other people in the restaurant!

Decent food for the price. When you want something, cheap, fast, and easy this is your place! Good service! Very good apple empanadas!!
