I was sited and charged for a Retail Theft , back in December of 2011. At Khols , I was in the wrong , i knew it and i have no problem in admiting my guilt when it was acted upon. But since then in August of this year iI have been accused again at Smiths marketplace.. To my understanding these two new current charges are bein blown way over and outta proportion. Theres a story behind my concern . I was being represented by Shannon Demler , I am not at all in education of court talk i get very confused and Demler made me plead guilty yesterday.. I am havin a nervous breakdown .. I have my three kids . I honestly learned my lesson the first time . The thougtt of being in conviction of a felony nd leavin my kids is takin a toll on my mind , my energy .. I am not ok of being convicted of a crime i did not commit I cant leave my babies .. P lease help
