Your bright red truck L W Miller 1491(?) trailer # L250 was on I-17 Coming south out of Flagstaff 06/27/14 and passed on left side running above 75 in high winds tipping on right side and I had to swerve out of the way. When he got around me I kept my eye on him as he went back from lane to lane. Looked like he may have been drunk and passenger looked scared. At least he was not loaded with animals. You need to check this driver out. My dad was a trucker for over 40 yrs. and he helped save lives when bad trucker lost control. That is the only reason I did not call state patrol.
