I would like to inform you of the unprofessionalism I received from your staff. I had called your office in reference to locating a local dentist to start using, and I had questions pertaining to insurance and billing and when I asked for someone in regards to that specific area, I was placed on hold and told I would be speaking to Melissa. I waited for only 30 seconds, as she picked up the phone, she then abruptly said verbatim: Hi this is Melissa we are already with a collection service and we don't need your service and hung up. No hi, how you doing? How can I help you? Etc. nothing very unprofessional and I already made up my mind to obviously go to another dentist. But as a business owner myself, I would never, ever let a employee that should be thankful to have a job in today's world treat a client, or anyone with NO RESPECT. I will be forwarding this same information to other areas to warn others of the unprofessional staff your office seems to have employ.
