Founded in 1999, the English Language Center of Cache Valley provides English for Speakers of Other Languages programs. The center organizes practice sessions for reading, writing, grammar and conversation. Its programs involve six levels of English. The English Language Center of Cache Valley serves non- and limited-English speaking adults from throughout northern Utah. The center teaches with the help of charts, diagrams, pictures, videos and written directions. It allows students to participate in classroom discussions, peer conversations and field trips. The English Language Center of Cache Valley s family literacy program includes certified home educators that visit participating migrant families to demonstrate and provide learning activities to parents and their children. The center is located in Logan, Utah.
