They are AWFUL!!! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They messed up my order, and only filled 1/2 of the equipment I needed. Which is kind of a big deal, because not only did I not have the equipment for SECERAL days, but they had to resubmit it to my insurance. They have no clue! They don’t even understand how insurance companies work. I tried telling them that I have met my max out of pocket, only for them to tell me that I have to meet the family out of pocket. um, no. And talking on the phone with them is painful! I guessing they have out sourced their call center, because trying to understand their broken English is agonizing. I have spoken to SIX different people about my one order. Go somewhere else!
