I was very shocked by Bev at deer mountain. I called to reserve a room based on the price i found on your website. I was advised by an employee that it was a misprint and I would have to speak to a manager to get that price. I called in and spoke to Bev, who said "sorry my employee should not have told you that was a misprint. Its all in the matter of how you read it. I will not give you that price, and im sorry but in my book I just cant give you the store for free". when I asked for her last name or who to contact to make a complaint Bev stated " it seams my time is more important then yours, you cannot have that price-I have corrected it on the web page, now I have kids to feed." Then she Hung up on me. All I can say is WOW. I will NEVER again do business with this company, this will also be reported to the Better Business Bureau, Yellow pages.com, Hocking Hills related Links, all Travel websites I find this company listed for, as well as the corporation I work for- JP Morgan Chase.
