i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseThis is a new salon and I was excited that they were open on Sundays. They have no information online on their hours or prices but there was one site that said they were open at 10 am. I went to the salon at 10 am, they were not open, their signs said they opened at 12. First problem. I then returned a little after 12 and waited for almost 30 minutes, second problem. After I finally was sat down I had a very nice girl start to prep my nails for my manicure. I told her I wanted them filed a tiny bit because I still wanted the length I already had. She filed all my nails squared with a rounded top? This is the third problem mainly because a square shape does not have a rounded top. The fourth problem is that half my nails were crooked. I asked her to fix the ones that were, looked at them again, and I physically had to file them myself to get them straight. OH and because of all of this the nails on my left hand are all shorter then my right hand, which is the only hand at the length I wanted. After that I had another girl finish the polish. Her name was Mimi and she was very sweet. If you do go here please call and make an appointment with her only. She was also all over the salon doing manicures, prepping pedicures, and waxing customers. I really liked her but she didn't even finish my manicure. I had yet another person finish manicure with a massage and lotion. Three people equals fifth problem because people need to know who to tip. Three people are not getting tipped.
