the guy was quick to sell me a new unit because we were in a jam at our business and failed to inspect and go through diagnosis process to get my old unit repaired under the manufacturer's warrantee and even told us they would have to charge us for the parts if needs repair. charged us $700 for a quick swap of the old unit to a new one less than 1 hour of work. now i try to old the parts for the old unit the company will not sell cause they need the plumber to go through the process and order. called them back and they tell us there is nothing they can do about that. installers name was roger

Lawsons sends courteous experts to the job. They fixed my leaks and replaced my faucets quickly. Their prices are better that reasonable. I would recommend them over anyone else in town.

Quick and professional. Showed up on time and got to business. They fixed our problem and didn't pressure us into unneeded/unnecessary repairs. Lawson's is now my "go-to" plumbers. I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues in the Stockton CA area.
