I purchased a riding mower from this company a few years ago. Recently my blade belt broke so I called them for a replacement. I asked for the part number so I could order it and they refused telling me they could order it for me over the telephone charging my credit card, but they would NOT give me the part number. The reason? They told me " What are you going to do for me?" My reply: " I don't understand I AM PAYING FOR THE BELT why can't I know what I am paying for?" They told me that " I would go somewhere else and buy it there at a LOWER price. Why the secrecy for a rubber belt? Why the antagonism and rudeness? I think I will go somewhere else where they care about their consumers and try to help them.
