R & D Little Realty is available for business at 1006 E. Main Street in Locust. The owners are Rosa and Delanie Little who are lifelong residents of Locust. Delanie entered the real estate business in 1989, had obtained a brokers license by 1990 and GRI designation from the NC Realtor Institute in 1993. Rosa followed in the real estate market in 1991 as a salesperson and became a licensed broker in 2000. Together we have over 25 years in real estate experience and served Western Stanly, Southern Cabarrus, and Northern Union counties. We are members of both the Carolina Multiple Listing Service, Stanly County Multiple Listing Service and can offer an extensive range of information and competitive marketing strategies on selling or buying. Our philosophy is based on honesty and integrity therefore we will continue to serve our community and area based on this principle.
