Lie! Lie! Lie! They never show up at your appointment time. In my case, I have been waiting for 3 DAYS!!!! Every time you call, they will either not pick call the phone, or say they are stucking in the traffic!! I called them everyday!!!Even now!!!Still waiting!!! Better clean the carpet by yourself!!!

zero stars if it was an option. They say they will call 15 minutes before coming but its just an excuse not to show up. you can sit by the phone all day long and nothing. then they say we called and no one answered. they lie and then change your appointment around and then never show up again. mickey mouse business and they dont even clean that well.
