Began going here after GIECO sent my car here after an accident three or four years ago. Every one seemed friendly. While the work they did jad a few issues after the fact. We where treated with respect. We begam using them and when major car repair came up on a dif car they even helped us get a cc with 9 months no interest.

Lets fast forward to this past year. I had a light bulb go out. Took it to them they said no problem. 32 later. That night I noticed my blinker not working. Thinking it was my bad luck. But morning ot worked. I called a few days later after I was able to put the pices of the puzzle together we called and was told to bring it in. We took the car in a total of three times before they actually took a look! We had an oil change and inspection done. Each time they never looked. I usually work lateso it was closing time ea so we got bring it back. About two month later brought it in for break work they could not recall ever being told about this. They finally looked at it and replaced the light they just fixed a month ago and charged me another 32.

My final issue was imbarissing by treating a referal horrible. I work at a hotel so when a guest had issues I told her call Hillman. A stranded out of town visitor and they would not help. She had aaa towe her car to a new location. Gets better, aaa uses hillman's towe service , Three hours later they did not respond. When they finally did they dropped the car off at the new garages old location and left the keys in the car. Now this week a relative also out of town had issues and they refused to look at it Saturday. Would have to waite till Monday. They ended up renting a car.



Like I said, service or customer car appears forgotten.
