IM ALMOST SURE THIS IS THE PLACE MY AUNT GOES TO ,THEY HAVE SEVERLY BRUISED/HURT HER,THEN HAD HER SIGHN A WAIVER TO NOT HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE,

Jaw-dropping lack of compassion and professionalism from "Helen" the manager and her socialworker at this branch. My mom was discharged from hospital with script for dialysis and hospital case worker set it up for this facility. On first day "Helen" refused mom treatment (which she needed to live) because of mom's inability to write her signature after her stroke. Took intervention of hospital to force them to treat her. "Helen" and social worker then insisted I get legal guardianship before they would continue treating her (a 2-months-long process) allegedly so they'd know who to call in emergency. When emergencies arose, they NEVER ONCE called me, just sent mom to hospital alone. AWFUL, AWFUL WOMEN. Stay away from this place!
