My service was terrible. I am disabled and they did not help me at all. They were rude and told me to eat somewhere else. I will never go there again. The food was stale and cold

We paid $30 for our dinner this evening, just for me to go home and throw it up. It was poor tasting and definitely NOT worth $15 per person. The only thing decent to me, was the sushi & the vanilla pudding. The meat was just too chewy & fatty.

There has authentic chinese food in this area . Also they have BBQ stir fried and

more selections and fresh of sushi . The price is goog for the quality of the food compared to the other buffet.

Great decently priced buffet. Lots of selections. Overall an authentic Chinese buffet and Japanese Sushi. Specially I like the Sushi and Mongolian BBQ.

Food, TERRIBLE!!!!! Service?? Yeah right!!! I waited 10 minutes for a drink refill..and as for the buffet....well lets just say crab legs and most of the favorites were WAY overdone. This is a sad excuse for a chinese buffet....BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD

I used to eat at Fortune about once a month for about 1 year and there were no major issues, except they keep you waiting too long to be seated even when there are no customers in the place. One day I decided to get a carryout which contained 6 chicken dumplings (the best dish they make) and Salmon (which seafood cost extra). I handed the container to the manager and told him I had seafood inside, so he takes it to the kitchen and returns with the package sealed and bagged. When I opened the carryout at home, I realized that the manager (SOB) had taken four dumplings out of the box. Haven't returned since.

DO NOT GO THARE. HORRIBLE FOOD, SEA FOOD NO THEY DONT HAVE ANY . AFTER THOSE CONTAINERS GET EMPTY THELL NEVER REFILLL THE SEA FOOD. CRAB LEGS ARE DIRTY CRAB NASTY . THE MANAGER IS A TOTAL JERK! HE PROB WILL NOT EVEN RING YOU UP SO YOU CAN PAY OR SEAT YOU ;. HES TO LAZY ! AVOIDE THIS PLACE

I love Chinese food, and I very much like this place. Wide variety to select from, including a mongolian barbeque area and a sushi chef (full time). The place has always been clean at every visit and I have never experienced any rudeness from the servers. One of the best I have found in the near west side suburbs.
