Bought my lawn mower from Commercial. They helped me decide what model to buy and I couldn't be happier with it,

I wish I could give zero stars because I would. First of all, where they are located, Exmark is one of the top 3 brands. Whenever I need a part (it doesn't matter if it's a pin or a cutter housing) it's. Minimum 4 days order. Second, I called them and asked them if they would repair a transaxle on my exmark pioneer and they told me yes. So I got the mower on my trailer and took it down there. They pulled it off with a hi - lo and then I went and talked to the service writer. I told him what it's doing and he said they don't repair them, i would have to buy a new wheel motor for them to put on for $800. I told him it's not a wheel motor it's a transaxle, and he said,"well you can double that $800 then." This place sucks. For being open so long you'd think they would actually operate like a real outdoor power equipment facility instead of a place that looks like it just opened the beginning of this year. Go to Weingartz. Sure it might be farther and a bit more expensive but the CS is leaps better and they actually know what they're talking about.

Very impressed with the quality of service i received! Parts counter went out of their way to help me find the parts i needed & even helped me carry my items to the car! This kind of customer service is rare these days and something to be noted.

NO STARS for this business. Parts dept. will sell you the wrong part and will not give you a refund. Personnel are rude and are not helpful. I have been a long-time commercial customer and will take my business elsewhere.
