Do not under any circumstance have this company come into your home to repair anything! They do not come when scheduled, do not make return calls and send out repairmen who are not knowledgeable.

Whirlpool dispatched a tech from this company, and I had taken off work to be available for when they showed up to have the Washer fixed. A tech never showed up to fix the washer and now I am out a day of work for nothing. This is a whirlpool dispatched and scheduled tech warranty service. I am not pleased with the outcome of this scheduled dispatch at all.
