I upgraded my phone at this location about a month ago and dealt with a representative named Isiah who - after I told him multiple times I didn't want to add another line or tablet to my plan - evidently took it upon himself to do so anyway. He threw what he described as a "free" mobile hotspot into my bag (which I never even took out of the box), and I didn't find out until receiving my first bill that it actually adds a $40 a month charge to my plan. Interestingly, enough when I upgraded, he BEGGED me to write him a positive review because the store had been getting tons of negative ones. With disgustingly unscrupulous practices like this, I wonder why.
