I went there with a gift certificate for 68 dollars and a menu that clearly had the spa pedicure and French gel manicure for 68 dollars circled so they knew what I wanted. Makes sense right?! They gave me the 68 dollar package that was under the one I chose on the menu that had a massage with a pedicure(massages are given even without the package anyway so I didn't think anything of it) by the time I realized it, it was too late and the guy said, that's what my manager told me. Never going back again. I used to love this place. It has declined in quality service.

Working out of town and stopped in for a fill and 3 nails fixed. The woman said it is cheaper to replace all the nails so I agreed. She took out a thruway ticket and used that to rip off my old tips. I yelped a few times as it really hurt. She continued when she got to my thumb on the 1 hand I looked and saw my 1 finger was missing half my natural nail and the nail bed was ripped off and bleeding. I told her nevermind as she just ripped off my nail and I was bleeding, she then grabbed my hand and tried to touch where it was bleeding several times even though I asked her not to as it really hurt. She asked why I was not getting the nails and I yelled because you can't put a tip in that finger and walked out!!! This place is aweful, I have never seen someone try and use a piece if cardboard to remove the tips, I'm not sure why they do not use tools made for nails!!!

I used to love this salon. The massage while my nails dried was always a perfect ending too. The last 3 times I have gone have left me very unhappy. I think they have become so busy and

Feel the need to rush now rather than give the attention a client wants when paying for salon services.
