Very short wait to get nails done the day before my wedding...went with my two daughters and requested pedicures for all three of us and french tip nails...artificial for myself but just natural nail french manicure for both girls. Not only did they NOT do a pedicure on one of my girls but all they did was remove her polish on her hands and toes and redo with a french tip white polish. I didn't realize they were cutting corners with her as I was busy with this guy who was chatting with a young worker (who ended up being the one to do my pedi) but they both sat there talking in another language...looking at me and then laughing all while the older guy did a full set of nails on me and was very rude. Seemed annoyed with me because I kept tensing up my hand...i couldn't help it the way they came across rudely and i didn't know how to position my hand and couldn't understand their English well. They gave my other daughter a full pedi and manicure but short changed my older daughter. It was ok for cleanliness but overall my experience was unfavorable. I'd go back to Solar nails before I'd return to Diva nails. Solar did a fill after my honeymoon and did a fairly good job with that and were primarily much nicer except one tech was a bit standoffish and cocky.
