Provided by YP.comBob is the owner of Comp U Soft and he knows how to fix computers period. He may not be polished. He's no George Clooney it's true, but do you really expect to find a Brad Pitt fixing computers? He repaired 2 of my computers. One for business and one for personal use and he armed them with protective software and I abused the hell out of my personal computer for years and only had to return to him when I let the protective software license expire. I would liken him to the brilliant, highly skilled heart surgeon with a so so bedside manner and that's who I'd want operating on me.

Provided by YP.comComp U Soft Computers know what they are doing. The main manager or owner is very knowledgeable about todays technical world. The software that they use for their security on the web is also very fascinating. It works better then Norton. I have had viruses on my computer even though I was using Norton. Now with Panda I have not even seen high or tail of a virus, spyware, on malware. So the comment made in the previous review to me makes no sense. If you going to a computer repair store expect to get your system fixed. I will say don't go to Best Buy to get a new one go to Comp U Soft to get it fixed. I have done my research and the new computers that are made today are not up to Microsoft standards. So if you want to keep you computer running for a long time I recommend you go to Comp U Soft.

Provided by YP.comThis is seriously the worst computer store in the Syracuse area except for maybe Geek Squad.
The person I dealt with was Bob.
Bob mixes lies with truth, and spouts nonsense to try to confuse customers and make himself look like he knows what he is talking about.
He is also very erratic, and will repeatedly cut you off during a conversation (especially if you are having a disagreement).
He lies and disparages certain products (including free ones) so that you will feel like you must purchase protection software from him.
Bob was so inadequate of a technician, that after (supposedly) 17 hours of diagnosis time, he was unable to ascertain that my system had a bad hard drive.
When I realized that Bob was talking in circles, and wanted to get my system back from him, he actually tried to charge me over $160 to give me BACK my BROKEN computer.
I had to threaten to bring POLICE just to get my system back.
This is literally one of the worst experiences with a company that I have EVER had.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with Comp U Soft.
