I stop in to this particular chipotles atleast once a week on my lunch break and always recieve excellent service , the last time i was in there maybe 2 weeks ago i went in with my 3 year old daughter and mother, asmy daughter ate her taco it fell apart as every of time she eats one , i told her i would be right back and went up to grab her a fork , when i asked the person at the register if i can please have a fork and they rudely replied back to me asking if i missed the sign , Confused i asked what they were talking about and they said they were out of forks i would have to use a spoon or they couldnt help me , I thought it was a joke ! I understand that resturants run out of supplies it wasnt so much about the fork because my daughter could have easily used a spoon but the individual was talking to me like i was suposed to know that they ran out of forks and i should have read the sign , i was very polite about asking for it and i didnt understand the attitude i recieved back from this individual , this had stoped me from coming there for the past 2 weeks because i was treated like that , I still love the food and would eat there again i just do not want to see this individual who thinks it is ok to talk to customers like they are stupid for asking for a fork , Who would have thought a resturant would run out of something like that !
