My phone died and try as I might, I could not resurrect it. Terrified at the prospect of learning a whole new phone, I went to the store for help. The salesperson tried a couple of things, but noticed that my phone had gotten wet and that was why it would not turn on. Hearing the concern in my voice about all this "newfangled technology" he then discussed some easy, user-friendly phones with me. After settling on one, he then took the time to patiently explain to me how to make a call and check my messages. He even wrote the instructions down for me in case I forgot.

I went in terrified and came out relieved, knowledgeable and liking the new phone better than I did the old one. Don't go to any other store. The staff here is polite, courteous, patient, and all around top-notch. They took the pain and fear out of what could easily have been a very traumatic experience.
