Ok first time we went to this place to get our dog groomed the owner added a 0 to the charge on my credit card. I thought a simple mistake and that it was fixed so no big deal. The lady that time was a contracted groomer and did a great job on my dog. This time I was horrified when we went to pick up our dog (a beagle) the owner was the one who did the work this time and she shaved my dogs head only. She also had the audacity to ask for a tip. My dog looked horrible. Tiny shaved head and puffy everywhere else, and she seemed very shaken up. I will never go back and not recommended to anyone
