I really wish there was another option. I live 20 minutes away and waste so much time dealing with them and their issues. First it was the faulty/ wrong equipment- which took 3 trips and several hours on the phone to finally fix. Then they changed their hours and only changed them on the door, so people like me who rely on their website have no clue. And then lastly, my lovely phone.... It NEVER worked, and even after several boxes and hours on the phone I still got charged for it.... Even though I went in and called to have it removed from my service.

Time Warner has offered great services, the employees are competent. It is getting more and more interesting to deal with this business.
