The service works as advertised. Thank you very much TruGreen for a exceptional work. I recommend to everyone out here to make their lawn became beautiful like mine.

My front yard was really in bad shape. It was full of thistles and the grass was thin. You did not want to walk on it barefooted. Now it is very thick and green with no thistles!!!!! People have commented on how nice it looks. I will totally recommend True Green to my friends and family. Will be using them again next season. Also all the technicians were great and did a wonderful job. Thank you So Much True Green

I have been having issues with my turf for several months. When I notified TruGreen, they said a manager will be in contact with me within 48 hours however this never occurred. When I called in again, they again said a manager will be in contact with me within 48 hours. This time a manager actually did reach out to me, however he was extremely condescending and rude. He said he would visit my home and then follow up with me, however this did not occur. TruGreen called me attempting to upsell me on additional services at which point I asked to cancel my account. I was transferred over and begrudgingly offered one more opportunity to them to have a manager rectify the situation. Yet again, no manager has called me. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had...
