I have never had such great customer service in my life! The girls were eager to help me, and were really thoughtful, and knew what they were talking about! The owner is awesome!!! She is super knowledgeable and kind. The Tack Shack is my favorite Tack Store I have ever been too! #tackshackshopperforlife

Service was great until the owner walked in. Omg what an annoying person. Discussing loudly her personal issues about suing someone that did her wrong. She was too opinionated and unless you said something that she agrees with she balks at it. Like your wrong or misguided. Very very bad customer service oriented person she needs to leave the customers to someone more level headed and friendly. Do your business a favor stay in the backroom!
