I have purchased 10-15 pieces there over the last 6 months so I would consider myself a good customer. I purchased a new bubbler with what I was told a dab nail also. I unpacked it and noticed it wasn't set up to use a dab rig even though I was told that it was. I went back about 20 minutes later and the person said he couldn't do anything but give me 30% off the piece I needed to make it work as I was told it did. They lost a good spending customer and I will make sure none of my friends will either.

Rudest people EVER!!! They cater to only one demographic. They place very loud, vulgar music and if you ask if they could turn it down, guess what, they amp up the volume. So loud, I could not even think. Even tried to put ear plugs in to no avail. There are also inappropriate images and posters displayed. I'll continue taking my business to Headed West who understand the meaning of customer service and civility.
