I really couldn't have asked for a smoother experience with Maaco! My Honda was damaged by a friend, so I called my Insurance and they recommended this Maaco location.

I brought the car there and from start to finish I felt like I was in good hands. Only took a few days and Alex called me up saying the car was ready. The repairs look good and they detailed the car too! I've been through this process before with my last car and other shops, and can't say enough how much better things went with Alex and the Maaco team. Thanks guys!!

Worst Experience EVER

I went to maaco to get my truck color changed and have a few holes in the top of the bed rail repaired. It has been less than 3 weeks since the "service" and there are 2 holes in the top of the bed rail that I can see straight through to the ground the paint is chipped in almost 10 different spots and the "experts" at maaco told me that it is not covered because it looks like it may have been caused by rocks on the road hitting the paint. It has been 19 DAYS. There is no reason any paint with even minimal effort should look that bad that fast. I had to bring the truck back 3 times to point out things that they couldn't even take the 5 minutes to look at and realize how bad they did. Their customer service was awful and the guy at the counter laughed at me because I brought it back to get things THEY ignored done and really showed how unprofessional this company is. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING HERE EVEN IF IT WAS THE ONLY PLACE IN THE WORLD TO TAKE A VEHICLE. after "fixing" the problems they didn't put my emblem back on the vehicle. It's a sad excuse for an automotive shop
