Established in 1982, the Little People's Landing Learning Center educational and health care services for toddlers and pre-schoolers. It serves children up to the age of 12 years. The center is equipped with intrusion and fire alarms, as well as closed circuit video cameras. Its vans and buses feature safety mirrors, back-up horns and cellular phones for emergency purposes. The Little People's Landing Learning Center includes fish tanks and sea creature murals. It also has a playground with belt swings and spring toys, as well as a basketball court, tetherball and four square. Additionally, the center includes a grass area for picnics, reading, tumbling and relaxation purposes. The Little People's Landing Learning Center also provides before- and after-school programs, including karate, dance, gymnastics and board games.
