Big Tool Box Rental is a service offered by Big Tool Box, which is a hardware store that provides a variety of products. The store has a staff of mechanics who provide repair services for glass, windows and screens. Big Tool Box additionally provides online reservation services.

Above and beyond

Wow. When I went in with a commercial grade plumbing problem this weekend and all the "professional" plumbers were out fishing, Mike in the rental area and another guy in the shop went WAY out of their way to help me make a custom plumbing part ON THE SPOT. What did that cost? A little under 5 bucks. Nice job guys. You remember me! The part worked perfectly. Thank you so much. -Terry

Not the Way to Treat Longtime Customers

Have spent a couple of hundred bucks on mower tuneups with these guys. Most recent tuneup was in the fall. Mower won't start this spring. I decide it is time for a new mower - and they want $10 to recycle my old one - which is 5 years old. At best, they'll fix and resell it, at worst they'll sell it for parts. Either way it was a gift to them. Maybe they'll learn this isn't how you treat customers if you want to keep them. I hope they enjoy the $10 recycling fee. Its the last money they'll get from me.

This folks really know their stuff and are very helpful. It does not matter if it is Hardware or Gardening, they have those hard to find items.
