During a visit for my ear I asked if I could get an overall checkup/physical and Dr Rifkin replied that I was only scheduled for the ear, I'd need to make another appt for the general checkup, ok fair enough.



I had an appt scheduled for another issue, and called in a few days in advance to add 2 other things of concern to my visit. The receptionist told me the doctors are urged to only see patients for 1 issue per visit.



The practice told me, "If I had 3 separate issues I would need to make 3 separate appointments."



Needless to say I went with another practice who didn't give me grief for multiple issues during a single visit.
