Use this company!!! This guy knows what he's doing...and he doesn't overcharge!!!I have a bad habit of locking myself out of my apartment...the first time it happened, I called a locksmith who quoted me quite a different price then I ended up paying. A young kid came out who was not able to get inside after using multiple tools and ended up having to break off the door handle in order to get us in and then charged us $150 dollars..for breaking our door. something we could have done ourselves for free. After that I was wary about calling another locksmith-I didn't want to get ripped off again. When I called Robert he stated his price clearly... promised he could get us in...and said he'd be there in 20 minutes. And guess what? He arrived in 20 minutes like he said. A miracle! Robert was professional and friendly, and he had a confident easy-going manner. He was able to get us in within five minutes, and he didn't damage our property. He charged us exactly what he told me he would charge on the phone. I will always refer Robert, and he will be the only one I call from now on. It makes me angry to think that companies like the one we used the first time are giving bad names to locksmiths and taking away business with false advertising from companies like Dinkel & Son who truly are professional and fair. I can't say enough good about Dinkel & Son Locksmith. Thanks Robert!

Robert Dinkel came to my rescue after my vehicle had been stolen from my garage. We needed to re-key my entire house and another house that I owned. He also installed an additional deadbolt in a detached shop. He was extremely professional, fair and up front with his quotes, and just a great guy to deal with. The lock on one of my security doors needed to to be ordered and he took care of that and came back and installed it once he received it. I will always use Dinkel & Son when I need a locksmith.

Dinkel and Son provides wonderful service and great value. We called at 9am on a Saturday morning to get a door handle unjammed and within 2 hours our door was open. Polite, professional, great experience!

I called to have my lock replaced and he was truthful and honest with his prices and I would recommend him for good business.

Called to have our whole house re-keyed. Robert just happened to have a cancellation and came right over. Nice guy, quick, quality work and fair price.

Locked my keys in the car at a gas station pump today! They had Robert's card at the counter, so I gave him a call to see if he could get into my car. He said "I'll be there in 30 minutes". It was really cold and windy out ... he got there in 15 minutes and had the door open by 20! On top of that, really professional and very warm, personable guy. I'd recommend him hands-down if you ever get in a bind ... worth EVERY penny. Now I'm at home and warm! Thanks Robert!!!!

Called Robert for service on a storm door lock at our townhome and he was honest with the quote he provided. I was able to explain the problem and asked questions to understand what he'd be dealing with. He came out and completed the work on-time. Will reccomend to family and friends.

I have been using the services of Dinkel and Sons for about 3 years for making keys for antiques, etc. for moving claims that I handle. They have been extraordinary, prompt, competitive and very personable with my customers so I never have to worry what kind of presentation the customer is experiencing. Very happy with them and will continue to use them.

My daughter's purse was stolen - including her ID and house keys - so we were anxious to get the locks changed at the house. I used the Denver Central directory and called the first ad, the biggest ad, in the Locksmith category - it was Dinkle and Son. Robert Dinkle was very responsive, he offered to come out that same night (a Friday night) but we opted instead to have him come out the very next morning and told him we had to leave the house at 11 am for an appointment. He showed up at 9 am, exactly when he said he would, was quick, courteous and efficient. He gave us extra keys and had everything wrapped up well in advance of our departure time. And his price was very reasonable, too. Dinkle and Son - quick, good and reasonably priced, can't get much better than that! Anytime I need a locksmith I will call Dinkle again, and am happy to refer him to others. Five stars indeed.

I locked myself out of my loft very late on a Saturday night. I called Dinkel and Son Locksmith and Robert's service and professional attitude was amazing. He was very prompt and prices were very reasonable. I would diffently recommend this company to anyone needing this service.

Robert showed up when he said he would. I told him the problems I was having and what I thought the problem was. After a few minutes he diagnoised the problem and proceded to fix it. He was very courteous and professional.

I was not sure what safe I needed. They talked me through it and I am very pleased with the end result. It is the correct size, they located it in the perfect place and the cost was very reasonable. Showed up on time, very professional, completed job in timely manner.

Dinkel and Son locksmith installed a wall safe for me. They did an excellent job...reinforcing the wall to support the weight of the safe...working very efficiently and also cleaning up after they were finished! I don't often take the time to write a review because I expect good customer service but DaS went above and beyond my expectations. Very friendly and professional!

Dinkel & Son were amazing. I had locked me keys in my car 45 minutes before I had to teach. My curriculum, notes and syllabus were in the car!D&S arrived within 20 minutes, opened my door quickly and efficiently and were incredibly understanding with payment. Hey Denver, this is Meaghan Davenport owner of The Mane Edge Hair Salon in Littleton. When we took over our salon back in February of this year we were in need of a locksmith. We called 3 different companies to see who could help us. As a new business every penny counts, and of course we needed someone right away.The first company we called had an answering service, which is always irritating so no business for them. The second company we called the man was extremely rude because I did not know the "locksmith lingo" so again no business for him.As they say 3rd time is the charm. So as you guessed it we reached Robert Dinkel. He was amazingly kind, attentive and was very willing to accomodate our immediate needs. Not to mention his pricing was more than fair.We have called Robert out a couple more times needing keys and a lock changed again and each time Great Service! I locked my keys in my friends car!. When this happened, I remember feeling frantic! First of all, my friend was on the way to pick up the car after I had begged to use it. Second of all, It was 1:30AM! I tried to take matters into my own hands by using wire hangers, house keys, and even considered breaking in the drivers seat window to pretend that there was a break in! I failed at every single attempt. Finally i decided to open up the phone booked to find a locksmith that would be on call at an affordable price. After calling several locksmiths, Dinkel and Son were the only locksmiths that were willing to travel at 1:30AM to assist my situation. It meant so much to me. Excellent customer service never get old. They took the time to understand my problem, had a positive attitude, arrived quickly, and opened my car quickly! Just in time for my friend to pick up the car and never know aything happened. Dinkel and Son saved my night and my friendship. Thay are my personal locksmiths!

He's the locksmith you've been looking for. I wanted a locksmith who did not have a 1-800 or 1-888 number. As well, I wanted a locksmith who did list their address and in that the name was Dinkel & Son, to me that meant the locksmith would be a little older, more mature, and able to problem solve (if needed). Dinkel was able to fit me in at the end of the day. I'm extremely satisfied with his work, professionalism, and honesty.
