William and Bill always show up when they say they will and do what they say they'll do - can't ask for more!

We have been with Bill Sigler's lawn service for many years. He comes out when he says he will and does a good job when he comes. His wife is always nice on the phone also to schedule our appts. We would highly recommend their services!

Completely incompetent. After having scheduled my aeration over a week ago, I called to find out if I was still on the schedule. I was told that my yard might still be done by the end of that day (Saturday), but that it might be Sunday. This after an entire week of waiting, and hoping my yard would be done each day. I asked why their company not only charged almost twice as much as others, but also was the only one that could not tell me what day of the week they would be out. They responded that the other companies were run by ‘people who were accountants last week, but no longer have jobs.’ I wanted to respond back with the fact that aerating my lawn was not rocket science, and I would rather have someone as intelligent as an accountant working my lawn vs. anyone they might hire.

Because I don’t trust these individuals from missing my sprinkler heads, I had my entire front and back yard flagged. (Which I’m sure my neighbors loved looking at for a week) Also, we have dogs with access to the back yard via dog doors, so those had to be shut – which made getting home a priority each day. All of this while I watched my neighbors yards get finished within days of calling other companies, and knowing which day it would be done for $20 less than what I paid.

A week later – the exact same scenario played out in waiting for my sprinklers to be blown out. After calling early in the week with the above issue, I was told if I wanted to be called ahead with the scheduled day, that it would push it to the end of the week. The individual on the phone then threatened that with the impending freeze on Wednesday of that week that my system WOULD suffer damage, not maybe. Sure enough – the sprinkler blow out did not take place again until Sunday of that week, and although I can’t prove it, I have suspicions that I was scheduled for that day because I questioned their “expertise”.

Bill Sigler will not see another dime of my money, and I will make sure others avoid them as well.
