Our HOA contracted with Arborist Arms. I didn't complain when they were working with their trucks parked in the fire lane, or prevented access to my garage. I am furious they left their vehicle parked in the fire lane overnight & don't answer their phone. It should not take a 5 point turn to get my subcompact out of my garage. I didn't even attempt to drive my full-size vehicle. I wouldn't trust a company with employees as thoughtless & irresponsible as this one

I called and had a basic tree question regarding some infestation with ants. Bob handled my call very professionally and answered all my questions. He offered solutions to fixing the problem and told me exactly what to do!

If you want your tree hacked down then call a stump grinder. However, if you'd like to keep your trees healthy, happy and flourishing call Len or Liz at Arborist Arms.Ever since saving a beautiful blue spruce in our front yard they've been our arborists ever since (12 years) and have always provided the best tree service.Quotes are accurate and work completed in a timely manner. Owners very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I trust them completely. My only complaint is that Liz always sends the bill a month late.Great Company

It has been my pleasure to work with Arborist Arms for many years for tree pruning and tree and stump removals. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors, who have all called to thank me for the recommendation, being very pleased with their work. They are always responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. When obtaining competitive bids, I find their pricing is not just competitive, but extremely reasonable. I plan on continuing my relationship with them for many years to come!

I wish that I could comment on how wonderful or shoddy the work that Arborist Arms Tree Company has provided; however, I will never get that opportunity due to their inability to provide services on time. Trying to schedule a date/time with them is like trying to schedule a dinner date with Oprah. They only give you date ranges and never a specific date and time. It always seems that you must be accommodating to their schedule instead of the reverse. Finally, when you do get a date, they don't give you a specific time, so you end up waiting all day, only to get a call saying that they were too busy with another project and must reschedule for another time. Arborist Arms Tree Company needs to improve their project management and customer service skills. For that reason, I would not recommend using there services, especially if you have specific timeline that needs to be met.
